Memphis Grizzlies vs Golden State Warriors Betting Picks, Odds, & Predictions March 28th

The battle of the 2nd and 3rd seeds in the Western conference happens tonight, with the 2 seeded Grizzlies facing off at home against the 3rd seed Warriors. This game is being played on Monday, March 28th at 8PM ET at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee.

It is wild to see the Warriors double digit underdogs in a year such as this where they are the 3rd seed in the west. Of course, this is not the same Warriors team missing Steph Curry. It makes sense why the Grizzlies are such heavy favorites here.

The Grizzlies are currently favored by 10 points, with the total sitting at 222.5.

If you were a bold individual, you could take the Warriors moneyline at +450 odds on BetMGM. There is some value there, with the OddsJam line pricing the Warriors ML at +416. With that said, the Grizzlies are huge favorites here for a reason.

Steph Curry hurt his foot on March 16th against the Celtics. Including that game, since his injury the Warriors have lost 5 of 6. Their only win during that stretch was against a reeling Miami Heat team who literally got in a fight with each other on the sidelines.

Other than that win, the Warriors have lost every game Steph has missed. They have lost some ugly games too- losing to 4 teams below .500 in these past 6 games. The Warriors will also be on the 2nd night of a back-to-back, playing in Washington last night in a loss to the Wizards.

So, without even mentioning how good to Grizzlies are (and boy are they good), it makes sense why the Warriors are 10.5 point underdogs here. The interesting part is that this spread opened up at 6.5 points, and sharp money bet it all the way up to 10 or 10.5 depending on what book you are looking at.

Money is still rolling in on the Grizzlies spread, by the way, and for that reason I locked in the Grizzlies -10 on Caesars Sportsbook as my official betting pick for this game.

Even with Ja Morant out and to be reevaluated in two weeks, I love backing the Grizzlies in this spot. This Grizzlies team just beat a fully healthy Nets team without Ja. Losing Ja obviously hurts, but the Griz have won plenty of games missing their superstar.

Taking into account the Warriors cold streak without Steph, and also how this Grizzlies team seems to show up in big games, I am counting on a blowout here.
