NBA’s Highest-Paid Point Guards for 2021-2022 Season – Highest-Paid PGs

The point guard position known as the floor general of every team in the league. Players like Steph Curry (the highest-paid player in the league), Damian Lillard and Kyrie Irving are always looked at to lead their team and command the offense in almost every game. Being the primary ball handler, they are paid a premium when they are able to elevate their team.

Four of the top 10 highest-paid players in the league are point guards. During the offseason, Curry signed the largest extension in NBA history with the Warriors in a four-year, $215 million deal. Luka Doncic and Trae Young both signed five-year, $207 million dollar contracts off their rookie deals. Eight point guards will make more than $30 million this season, and 13 will make more than $20 million.
