The power forward position has been a valuable position for NBA teams across the leagues. The combination of size and speed of some of the top power forwards in the league has teams building around these players. Despite their versatility, only one power forward is in the top 10 highest-paid players in the league: Giannis Antetokounmpo (no surprise there for the former MVP, Defensive Player of the Year and reigning NBA champion).

Last offseason, John Collins of the Atlanta Hawks signed a five-year, $125 million deal, which cracked the top 10 in terms of value for this past summer. Other than that, it was a guard-heavy summer in terms of money.
