On Caesars sportsbook, the Miami Heat are priced at -145 odds to win the Eastern Conference Finals. The Boston Celtics are offered on Caesars at +122 odds. According to betting markets, Miami is still more likely to win the series; they’re the favored team.

Every odd has an associated probability, just like every fraction has an associated probability (e.g. 3/4 = 75%).
