Last-Minute ParlayPlay Entry for Sunday Afternoon

Pick #1: Bryan Woo Over 6 Strikeouts

I found this play using the OddsJam MLB Screen, one of my favorite sharp betting tools for daily fantasy sports platforms. This play is a clear outlier from the rest of the market:

Every other sportsbook and DFS site has set this line at 6.5, while we are getting six at ParlayPlay. It may not seem like a massive difference, but these discrepancies are how I make money on ParlayPlay.

If Woo lands on exactly six strikeouts, that leg of our entry results in a push, whereas on every other sportsbook, it would be a loss because the line is 6.5.

In order to be profitable long term at ParlayPlay, you need to be winning your bets more than 53.2% of the time. These seemingly slight edges bump my bets from a coin flip to above that threshold.

I am never betting with my gut or based on what I think will happen. I’ve been so successful at sports betting by reading into the market and following the data. I treat every sportsbook as a data point, or information source. In this example, I’ve got every other data point telling me Woo’s over/under should be 6.5, so the lower total at ParlayPlay is clearly a sharp bet.
