Last Minute JockMKT Entry for Wednesday, July 5

This entry gets underway in a little under an hour but that means there’s still plenty of time to lock it in. I found this play on JockMKT.

Pick #1: Osvaldo Bido Under 3.5 Earned Runs

I found this play on the OddsJam Positive Expected Value tool.

As you can see in the screenshot above, the rest of the market is heavily favoring Bido’s under. DraftKings has it priced all the way up at -165 while Fliff is even higher at -170.

With that in mind, we can take this same play on JockMKT, which is a fixed payout platform. This means that they do not vary your payouts based on selecting an over or an under. Because of this, I find player props like this one that are heavily favored at sharp sportsbooks and take them at lower implied odds at fixed payout platforms.

The Positive Expected Value tool makes this easy by identifying these select profitable betting opportunities out of the thousands and thousands of odds sportsbooks have at a time. The tool then bolds and highlights in green the profitable bet to make it as simple as possible for the user.

This play also showed up green on the OddsJam Fantasy Optimizer, which is another way to easily identify profitable plays.

Pick #2: Adrian Houser Over 2 Earned Runs

I found this play on the OddsJam Screen.

The screen is your one-stop shop for finding outliers in the market. All of these books have Houser’s line at 2.5 while we are getting over two at JockMKT. This may not seem like a huge difference, but if he gives up two earned runs then our prop pushes while everyone else loses on the over. It’s fairly likely that he ends up with exactly two earned runs allowed, as that’s a pretty standard number for a pitcher to give up.

These small edges add up. On JockMKT, if you win above 54.25% of your player prop over/unders, then you’re profitable long-term. All the math, etc is broken down in this video since PrizePicks/JockMKT have the exact same payout structure:
