Bundesliga Bettings Odds, Picks & Predictions for Matchday 13: Hertha vs. Bayern & Werder Bremen vs. Schalke

Week 12 Had some late winners, surprises and blowouts. Union Berlin crushed every Bayern fan’s dream of climbing back to the No. 1 spot after a miracle 97’ min goal. Union still lead the league by 1 point but as a long-time Bayern supporter, I believe that everything will work itself out in the end.

Schalke continues on pace for a record-breaking terrible season after another loss. There is no reason to believe that Schalke will ever get out of this funk at their current pace. Let’s see what Matchday 13 brings but I am a big fan of goals this week!

Dortmund vs. VfL Bochum Pick: Dortmund Team Total Over 2.5 | -125 at DraftKings

This just screams big win on paper as Dortmund have slipped recently with a series of draws in three of their last four matches at home.

Dortmund still sit in the Champions League spot and are only 4 points back from the lead. The teams above them all have tougher matchups so this is a great chance to gain some points and goal difference.

Bochum have allowed the most goals this year in the Bundesliga and that is saying a lot with Schalke still in the league. This will be a big win for Dortmund and get them back in the title hunt conversation.

Can I just cut and paste this pick every week? While the odds are beginning to tick up, it is still hard to pass on what has been free money.

In the matches that matter, Bayern blow the competition away in very impressive form. There are not many teams on the planet that can compete with Bayern right now, especially Hertha.

Bayern have covered this team total in four of the last five head-to-head matches so I see no problem with making it five out of six — play with confidence.

At this point, I am automatically looking to see who Schalke are playing almost every week because they are a cash cow, but not in a good way for them.

Schalke have lost seven straight matches and have not led in any of those matches. They are approaching historically bad numbers as they look ready to return to Bundesliga 2.

Werder Bremen have not blown them the competition away but are much better than Schalke and should have an easy 3 points here.
