Jaguars vs. Raiders Odds, Best Bets, Picks & Predictions – August 4, 2022

The NFL preseason kicks offs on August 4. We have the Jacksonville Jaguars facing the Las Vegas Raiders on 8/4/22 to begin the season. This Hall of Fame Game matchup is at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise, Nevada.

It’s a touch degenerate (I know…), but I’ll be sharing my best bets, picks and predictions for this NFL game on 8/4. It’s the first NFL game of the season, so I’m going to bet on it, especially since I found profitable bets.

The moneyline odds for Jaguars vs. Raiders are below. As seen on the OddsJam NFL Odds Screen, the Jacksonville Jaguars are best offered at +105 odds on BetMGM sportsbook. A myriad of online bookmakers are offering the Raiders at -120 moneyline odds.

As a profitable sports bettor, you always have to get the best possible betting line. This is sports betting 101. If you want to make money sports betting, then you’re going to need to browse odds and line shop.

The Las Vegas Raiders are currently slight favorites in this game, with the point spread set at -1.5. The total points over/under is 32.5. Although this point total may seem low, 7/10 of the last Hall of Fame Game matchups have had less than 34 points scored.

The moneyline is a bit of a toss up, but I’d lean to bet the Las Vegas Raiders point spread as slight favorites (-1.5). I think they’ll get the job done against the Jacksonville Jaguars on August 4. The Las Vegas Raiders are 7-2 against the spread (ATS) in their last 9 games as well.

In my opinion, the total is a toss up. I’m skipping it. I see the case for both the over and the under in this Hall of Fame Game matchup. I think the value is in the point spread.
