Underdog Fantasy – Three SHARP Player Prop Picks for Tuesday, May 2

In this betting preview, I’m going to take you through three sharp player prop picks on Underdog Fantasy. I have both NBA & MLB picks in my 3 pick entry.

This promo on RJ Barrett is essentially a free win. If Barrett scores 1+ point, then this NBA pick will cash.

However, I said that I have three total player prop picks on Underdog Fantasy for tonight. Unfortunately, the next two picks won’t be as easy as Barrett over 0.5 points, but I still love the value in both plays.

Pick #2: Stephen Curry under 38.5 Points + Assists

My second player prop on Underdog Fantasy is an NBA pick for the Warriors vs Lakers game. I’m fading Steph Curry…

Curry went off for 50 points in his last game against the Kings. I know, I’m aware, but the data never lies…

As seen in the screenshot above from the OddsJam NBA Screen, Curry’s Points + Assists line is 37.5 on every other platform. PrizePicks, FanDuel, DraftKings, Fliff and all other sportsbooks have Curry’s line @ 37.5 Points + Assists. Underdog Fantasy is the only platform with Curry’s line @ 38.5.

There’s no magic going on here… I’m taking Curry’s under 38.5 P+A on Underdog Fantasy because they have the line too high. It’s that simple. We have dozens of other data points (e.g. sportsbooks posting odds), and they’re all telling us that Curry’s line should be set at 37.5. Follow the data & hit the u38.5 P+A for Curry!

Pick #3: Anthony DeSclafani under 1.5 Walks Allowed in Giants vs Astros

My third and final player prop pick is in the MLB. I’m on the MLB prop of Anthony DeSclafani under 1.5 Walks Allowed in Giants vs Astros. I found this MLB player prop on the OddsJam Fantasy Screen.

If you’re new to Underdog Fantasy, then you need to understand how this platform works. Underdog Fantasy is a fixed payout platform. Unlike a traditional sportsbook, Underdog Fantasy does not vary payouts based the picks you select.

The betting odds on Caesars sportsbook can be seen below. They have DeSclafani’s under as the heavy favorite. OddsJam is updating 1,000,000+ betting odds every second, including odds from Caesars.

Thus, Caesars sportsbook is telling you that DeSclafani is a lot more likely to have 0 or 1 walks as opposed to 2+ walks. As sharp sports bettors on Underdog Fantasy, we’re simply following the data.

Since Underdog Fantasy does NOT vary payouts based on you selecting under (or over), DeSclafani under 1.5 Walks is a sharp MLB pick to include in your entry, as DeSclafani is a lot more likely to go under as opposed to over.
