The Yankees have been the best team in the MLB this year, sitting at 40-15 on the year. They have been one of the best hitting and pitching teams, so it makes sense to see all their success.

They will have Nestor Cortes on the mound, who has been a deadly pitcher all year with a 1.50 ERA and a 5-1 record. I expect Cortes to keep this Twins’ underrated batting lineup quiet tonight.

The Twins are not a bad team themselves. They are 32-25 on the year and have started to get their bats going recently.

Tonight they are pitching Chris Archer, who has a 3.89 ERA. Archer has been solid this year, but I believe he is in a world of hurt tonight facing this deadly Yankees lineup.
