Sharp YRFI Betting Pick for MLB Action on June 27, 2023

YRFI Pick: Dodgers vs. Rockies

We are back at Coors Field for another YRFI(Yes Run First Inning) pick at this extremely hitter-friendly ballpark. The Mile High air allows for baseballs to travel a bit further off contact, which we’ll be needing to cash this bet.

I found some great value on the OddsJam Positive EV page for this play at Fliff. We are getting significantly better odds than any other sportsbook and the market indicates that the YRFI is more likely to win than the NRFI. Check this out:

As you can see, we are beating the average odds on this bet by a significant margin at Fliff. Most of the other sharp sportsbooks have this met in the -170 range and higher, while we’ve already locked this in at -150.

Paying upwards of -175 odds for a first inning pick is a tough sell, but -150 is much more reasonable and we’ve got many factors going for us. As we mentioned, Coors Field is one of the most hitter-friendly ballparks in the country and we have an all-star top of the order from the Dodgers to rely on. Los Angeles will likely trot out the trio of Mookie Betts, Freddie Freeman and Will Smith against a Rockies pitcher with a near 6.00 ERA.
