All of the major sportsbooks in my area have this play in the -145 range, yet we can get this for -125 at Underdog, since it’s a fixed payout platform.

Check this out below. The average odds of this play across sportsbooks is -145, which has an implied probability of 59.18%. By placing this at -125, which would be 55.56%, we are beating the odds by almost 4%.

The sportsbooks are banking on sports bettors ignoring the numbers and simply betting with their mind or heart. It’s nearly impossible to outsmart the sportsbooks, but following the data allows us to make consistent profit.

Pick #2: Eury Pérez Over 1.5 Walks

This play comes from OddsJam’s Fantasy Optimizer, which shows mathematically profitable plays in green, making it very easy to create sharp betting slips. We’re looking at the Marlins’ pitcher tonight to record more than one walk based on the market.
