LAFC are the current favorites to lift the cup at the end of the season and its hard to bet against them with their firepower. They have two of the best goal scorers in the league leading the way against one of the worst road defenses in the Eastern Conference. LAFC have had a rough couple of weeks losing three straight and booted from the Champions League playoff by Leon (Mexico). LAFC are too talented for this to continue and I expect things to go back to normal with MLS play resuming for them. 

Denis Bouanga is tied for most goals scored in the league with 10 goals. He should be able to pick up another with against Atlanta’s shaky backline. Bouanga has five goals in his past seven matches and has shown no signs of slowing down. He has played a full 90 mins in five of his past six starts so we do not have any concerns about playing time.

Carlos Vela is a more of a risk but the value is incredible. Vela is the name that most people associate with the LAFC attack and he has earned it from previous years. With only four goals in 12 matches this season it is hard to get a read on the direction he is headed this year. Vela scored the game winner in the 95^th min in his last MLS match so I love him to ride off that momentum into this match
