Official Rules
No purchase necessary. A purchase or paid subscription is not required to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
Section 1
The Prediction Traders World Cup Giveaway is sponsored by OddsJam. The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, any soccer federation, exchange, sportsbook, social platform, app store, or payment provider.
Section 2
The giveaway is open to individuals worldwide where the giveaway and Prediction Traders offering are lawful and available, except where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of OddsJam and its affiliates are not eligible. OddsJam may disqualify entrants from jurisdictions where offering the giveaway, awarding a prize, or providing Prediction Traders access would require registration, bonding, local-language filings, tax withholding, licensing, or other obligations that OddsJam has not completed.
Section 3
The giveaway begins and ends at the dates and times shown on the Prediction Traders World Cup Giveaway page or entry form. OddsJam servers are the official timekeeping device for entries. Entries submitted before the giveaway opens or after the stated deadline will not be included.
Section 4
There are two ways to enter. To enter through the giveaway page, submit your email address during the promotion period and certify that you meet the age, residence, and eligibility requirements. Starting a Prediction Traders trial through the giveaway flow earns ten entries. To enter without purchase, subscription, trial, or payment, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "PT World Cup Giveaway Entry" and include your email address and confirmation that you meet the age and eligibility requirements. A free email entry may request the same ten-entry treatment available for starting a Prediction Traders trial. Free email entries receive the same chance of winning as entries submitted through the giveaway page for the same number of entries. Limit ten entries per person and email address unless the giveaway page expressly states another entry limit.
Section 5
One grand prize winner will receive $500 and one year of access to the Prediction Traders product, with the plan access having an approximate retail value of $5,399.88. OddsJam will also award four additional non-cash, plan-only prizes, each consisting of one month of Prediction Traders access. Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted except at OddsJam's discretion if a prize becomes unavailable or cannot lawfully be awarded in a winner's jurisdiction. Plan-only prizes are not redeemable for cash. Winners are responsible for any taxes, fees, internet access, account requirements, or other costs not expressly described in these rules.
Section 6
After the promotion period closes, OddsJam will select five potential winners by random drawing from all eligible entries received: one grand prize winner and four plan-only prize winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. OddsJam may disqualify entries that are incomplete, automated, fraudulent, submitted in bulk, or otherwise inconsistent with these rules.
Section 7
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address used to enter. Each potential winner must respond within five business days and may be required to verify eligibility, including age, residence, and ability to receive Prediction Traders access. OddsJam does not require entrants to submit proof of age or identity at entry, but may request reasonable documentation from potential winners before awarding prizes. If a potential winner does not respond on time, cannot be verified, declines the prize, or is otherwise ineligible, OddsJam may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Section 8
By entering, entrants agree to follow these rules and OddsJam's decisions, which are final for giveaway administration. OddsJam may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, platform outages, legal restrictions, or other events impair the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway. OddsJam may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a disruptive, abusive, fraudulent, or unsportsmanlike manner.
Section 9
By entering, entrants release OddsJam, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law. OddsJam is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or undeliverable entries or notices; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; or errors in giveaway administration.
Section 10
Information submitted for the giveaway will be used to administer the giveaway, contact entrants and potential winners, verify eligibility, award the prize, and comply with legal and tax obligations. OddsJam may also process information in accordance with its posted privacy policy.
Section 11
To request the winners' names after the giveaway has concluded, email [email protected] with the subject line "PT World Cup Giveaway Winner List" within 60 days after the promotion period ends.
