Coming off a +274 win with the Notre Dame vs. UNC first quarter under and Oregon State +6.5, we are back with our NCAAF Week 5 parlay. This one is +264, and both are evening games on Saturday.

Best College Football Parlays Today – Week 5

Leg 1: LSU -8.5 vs. Auburn | -110 at FanDuel

Saturday, Oct. 1 | 7 p.m. ET

This play is more fading Auburn than it is backing LSU.

Auburn is not a good football team. The Tigers handled Mercer in their opening game, but struggled mightily in the win over San Jose State, lost by 29 at home to Penn State, and needed a lot of good fortune to beat Missouri in overtime at home.

Robby Ashford is expected to get the start on Saturday for Auburn. The freshman has completed 27 of his 47 passes for 1 touchdown and 2 interceptions and will face a tall task with the LSU defense this week.

The Auburn offense has struggled throughout the season, especially on third down where it has converted just 16 of 50 attempts. Head coach Bryan Harsin’s seat is heating up each week, and the turnover woes are a big reason why. Auburn has turned the ball over eight times while only forcing two.

LSU has made its opponents pay for turning the ball over, scoring 41 points off turnovers so far while only allowing 7. The Bayou Bengals have also been converting third downs at a much better rate of 49% while holding opponents to 33% on the season.

Since the heartbreaking loss to Florida State (who looks better than predicted) in the season-opener, LSU has given up just 33 points in its past three games.

Quarterback Jayden Daniels got a little banged up last weekend, but there’s no concern that he won’t be ready to go come Saturday night.

I see LSU winning by at least 2 touchdowns.

Leg 2: Duke -2.5 vs. Virginia | -110 at FanDuel

Saturday, Oct. 1 | 7:30 p.m. ET

Duke is … a solid football team?

“But didn’t the Blue Devils lose to Kansas?”

Well, yes, but Kansas might actually be good too! The Blue Devils came up just short in Lawrence on Saturday, losing 35-27 in a game they had a chance to send to overtime on the final possession.

Duke now sits at 3-1 with that loss to the Jayhawks countered by wins at home against Temple (30-0) and North Carolina A&T (49-20) as well as a road win at Northwestern.

Quarterback Riley Leonard is completing over 71% of his passes and has 6 touchdowns to just 2 interceptions. He’s also a threat using his legs with 201 rushing yards and a pair of touchdowns.

The defense is solid as well. The 35 points given up in Lawrence were by far the most so far this season, as opponents are averaging under 20 points per game.

On the other side, Virginia has wins over Richmond (34-17) and Old Dominion (just 16-14) with losses to Illinois and Syracuse. Both of those losses came on the road, which is where the Cavaliers find themselves this week at Duke.

Virginia is averaging just 18.3 points per game, and I can’t see them scoring much more than that Saturday. I like Duke in the ballpark of 24-17.

NCAAF Parlay Pick Today:

Be sure to use the parlay function on OddsJam to make sure you are getting the best odds possible in your state.

What is an NCAAF Parlay?

NCAAF parlay betting is when you combine multiple college football bets together to create a higher payout. The catch, though, is that all of these bets must win in order to get that payout.

You can parlay almost any type of bet under the sun: point spreads, moneylines, totals and even some player or game props can be parlayed!

A popular NCAAF parlay betting strategy is to choose two to four favorites and parlay their moneylines together. This is a way to back the teams that are most likely going to win, but do so with more acceptable odds.

How to Bet on NCAAF Picks & Parlays

Luckily, sportsbooks have made this quite simple. The process of betting parlays is the same exact process as placing regular bets. You click the selected bets you would like to place, and then you will see the option to place that bet as a parlay.

What is a Same-Game Parlay?

A same-game parlay is exactly what it sounds like — a parlay of bets for the same individual game.

So, instead of parlaying bets from different games, a same-game parlay is when bettors combine their favorite bets for one specific game. The concept is the same as a regular parlay in that all bets in the same-game parlay must win in order to get the payout.

If even one loses, then you lose your entire risked amount.

How to Pick the Best NCAAF Parlay Settings?

Parlays have become insanely popular as sports betting has taken off, because people fall in love with the lottery ticket element of parlays.

Sports betting social media accounts will post winning bet slips of a 20-leg parlay that a sports bettor risked $1 on and profited over $100K. This naturally gets people excited to try and replicate that.

With that being said, you should be careful with parlays. It is an easy way to blow through your bankroll by placing a bunch of parlay bets in hopes that one hits.

The best practice for placing NCAA football parlays is to find Positive Expected Value bets and combine them into a parlay. A Positive EV bet has a mathematical advantage over the sportsbook, so combining them into a parlay can help your chances of hitting on that lottery ticket.

Thankfully, OddsJam has you covered when it comes to Positive EV bets. The OddsJam betting software has a page that provides Positive EV betting opportunities. This page also has elaborate filtering capabilities where you can filter specifically for NCAA football bets on a specific sportsbook that you want to place the parlay on.

OddsJam also has a parlay builder function where you can enter the plays that you want to add to a parlay, and OddsJam will show you which sportsbook will give you the most favorable odds for that parlay.

So, regardless of what you are looking for, OddsJam has you covered for your NCAA football parlay betting needs for this upcoming season.
