The two top-ranked teams will play in the Summer League championship. The Trail Blazers are in fourth and need a solid win tonight to have a chance to play in the Championship. 

The Houston Rockets have been solid, but I think this line screams Trail Blazers. Many people will be tempted to bet on the Rockets because of their young stars, but experienced NBA players are essential in the Summer League.

I expect the Trail Blazers to ball out tonight and give themselves a chance at making the Championship game.
