A Juicy MLB Parlay – Early MLB Picks for Tuesday, May 2

There’s fifteen MLB games on Tuesday, May 2. In this betting preview, I’m going to run you through a two pick parlay that I’m on.

As sharp bettors, we never know when the best betting opportunities will occur. A profitable bet is essentially a spot where a sportsbook is “slipping up” and offering too much value on a given play. Sometimes, this happens late at night when sportsbooks first post odds for an upcoming day. Other times, it’s early in the morning.

Anyways, my first MLB parlay for Tuesday, May 2 is on Fliff sportsbook.

Why Fliff? Because that’s where the value is…

As seen in the screenshot below from the OddsJam Positive EV Tool, the highest profit margin bet currently available in the sports betting market is on Fliff. It’s Twins -2.5 @ +185 odds.

We’re getting the Twins -2.5 run line (e.g. Twins to win 3+) at +185 odds on Fliff, but no other sportsbook is offering this bet better than +158 odds. This a clear line discrepancy.

As sharp bettors, we’re looking for plays like this one. We’re looking for inefficiencies (e.g. value) in the market. Since sportsbooks set lines independently (e.g. each book has different odds), we essentially have dozens of data points telling us exactly where a line should be set. It’s our job to hunt through the market & find these profitable bets.

I included the Twins -2.5 run line in a two pick parlay. My second pick is Under 7 Runs in Reds vs Padres at +205 odds.

My parlay comes out to +769 odds, and I hit it for $250. Fliff allows max bet sizes of $250.

Again, sportsbooks set lines independently. You never know which sportsbook is going to screw up & offer profitable bets on a given day. That’s why it’s critical that you have multiple sportsbook accounts.

The second play that I locked in for Tuesday is the Twins -1.5 run line at +115 odds. They’re matching up against the Chicago White Sox on 5/2. The White Sox have struggled this season. It’s early in the year, but the White Sox are currently 9 games back in the AL Central. They’re 8-21 on the season. My prediction is that the Twins, who lead the AL Central, will take care of business against their division rival on Tuesday

We’re getting the Twins -1.5 run line at +115 odds on Fliff, and most other sportsbooks have this play around +105 odds. Once again, there’s clear value on Fliff, and I hit this play for $250.
