It’s that time again to find the best plays for this weekend. The international break is in full swing and if we want club action, we must dive deep. I still found some profit this weekend in the lower leagues so here are my three favorites.

Wrexham are in incredible form, winning five of the last six matches and scoring 20 goals over that period. Torquay are struggling after only getting points in two of their last seven matches. Look for Wrexham to handle this struggling side fairly easily.

Pittsburgh are in full playoff push mode and need to lock up these 3 points against the bottom feeder of the league. Pittsburgh currently-sit as the No. 5 seed but can jump up to No. 3 with a win.

They have always been a strong home team with 28 points in 14 matches this season with a 21:12 goal difference. Orange Country are at the bottom of the Western Conference with only one road win in the past 10 matches. Play with confidence on this one.

English Football League One Betting Odds

Plymouth Argyle vs. Ipswich Town Pick: Under 2.5 | -130 at DraftKings

Sunday, Sept. 25 | 7:30 a.m. ET

The battle of top League One teams kicks off and is the only match of the day. Both teams are great offensively on the pitch, averaging 3+ goals a match — but are also great on the defensive side.

Plymouth has not allowed a goal at home in the four matches this season. They are perfect on the season with 12 points in those four matches. Ipswich are also the best road team in League One so something must give in this match.

In five road matches this season, Ipswich have 13 points and have only allowed 3 away goals. I trust the defenses to shine in this matchup.
