I will be here every week to break down my three favorite plays from the smaller soccer leagues around the world.
There’s tons of value in the hundreds of smaller leagues that can be very profitable when it comes to soccer betting. So, let’s jump in and take a look at some of my favorite picks and predictions for this week!
Round the World: Record on the year 2-1 + 0.7 units
Inter are ready to kickoff the season with all their fancy new toys and hoping to recapture the title. Romelu Lukaku (Chelsea) and Henrikh Mkhitaryan (Roma) join an already impressive squad adding to their attack.
Lukaku will look to return to his 20/21 season form that saw him score 24 goals for the Italian champions.
Lecce make the jump Serie A after automatic promotion. Usually, I stay away from lower division teams in their first match at home but Inter are too good. Lecce and their crowd will be pumped up but Inter will be too much for the newly-promoted side.

Rangers vs. St Johnstone Pick: Rangers Win to Nil | -140 at BetMGM
Saturday, August 13 | 10 a.m. ET
Rangers and Celtic run through the rest of Scotland with minimal to no issues. This week, Rangers take on a St Johnstone team that have scored just one goal in five matches since 2019 at Ibrox stadium.
Rangers are coming off a hard fought Champions League match against Royal Union so should play a defensive match to start.
In the end, they should come away with the victory and clean sheet.

Benfica vs Casa Pia Pick: Benfica Win to Nil | -115 at BetMGM
Saturday, August 13 | 1 p.m. ET
Benfica are in the same situation as the Rangers, coming off a hard-fought Champions League match.
Good news for them is that they were already leading 4-1 on aggregate so they rested some starters.
Young superstar Gonçalo Ramos only played the first half so should be good to go in this matchup along with other starters.
