Leg 1: Florida Panthers vs. Carolina Hurricanes Pick: Hurricanes Moneyline | -150 at Caesars
8 p.m. ET
Carolina has looked like the best team so far through these playoffs. They are 5-1 at home and look to continue their dominance on home ice. The Hurricanes have also scored 40 goals so far in these playoffs, so expect them to continue to pile on goals.
Carolina has shown they can buckle down on defense, so I think they can do enough to limit the Panthers and get the win ultimately. This is a very important game, so I am rolling with the Hurricanes on the moneyline tonight.
Leg 2: Florida Panthers vs. Carolina Hurricanes Pick: Under 5.5 | +110 at Caesars
8 p.m. ET
I am going with the under here tonight. Carolina limited New Jersey to just one goal in three of the last five games of their second round series. Carolina can certainly score, but I expect this to be a lower scoring game tonight.
Sergei Bobrovsky has been excellent in net for the Panthers, so expect him to limit Carolina somewhat tonight. I will take the under and expect to see a more defensive style of game tonight by both teams.
