Tobias Harris (+700 at FanDuel)
The Sixers have faced the Pistons twice this year and the Sixers won the opening tip both times. The Sixers have won 67% (48/72) of their tips and the Pistons have only won 31% (23/75) of their tips. Harris has taken 11 first shots and hit 5 first baskets and the Pistons have given up 15 first baskets to the power forward position. Add all that up and I just can’t pass up this great value on Tobias.
Trae Young (+500 at FanDuel)
The Hawks have faced the Cavs three times this season and the Hawks have won the opening tip off all three times. Last time these two teams faced each other, Trae got the first basket. Trae has taken 8 first shots and has hit 10 first baskets. Young also got the first basket in the Hawks last game. I’m going to ride the hot hand and roll with Ice Trae.
Nikola Vucevic (+450 at FanDuel)
Vucevic has taken 11 first shots and has hit an incredible 14 first baskets. Vucevic has also hit the first basket in 3 out of the last 4 Bulls games. The Clippers have given up 15 first baskets to the center position. All signs point to another Nikola first basket.
