Merrill Kelly is all about hitting K props at home. He’s gone over 4.5 strikeouts in 9 of his 11 home starts this season. In his last home start against the Rockies he had 8 K’s. 

Kelly is 2-0 with a 1.15 ERA against the Rockies this season. Over his last 6 starts in July he was 4-0 with a 1.31 ERA. Kelly has been absolutely lights out and I expect him to pitch deep enough into this game to hit this K prop with ease. 

The Rockies however have been striking out a LOT lately. They are clocking in with the 2nd MOST K’s over the last 15 days, and the 3rd MOST K’s over the last 7 days. Over the last 3 games they are averaging 9 K’s. Definitely noticing a trend here. 

So here we have that lovely JP K prop special that I always look for. A pitcher on a matchup based upward K trend against a team on a recent upward K trend. We all know how much I love those! This particular matchup checks all those JP K prop boxes that I look for and I’m all about exploiting mismatches. My JP sense is definitely tingling! 

Soooooo…with ALL that being said, you know exactly what we plan to do! We are going to HAMMER Merrill Kelly over 4.5 strikeouts against the Colorado Rockies. You want it, you need it, and you must have it! It’s time to put those kiddos to bed and cash this bad boy together! Bye for now!
