I’m new to this market but I think I have it figured out. All we have to do is target known strikeout guys BEFORE lineups are announced. So here’s what we probably want to do with the Los Angeles Dodgers’ lineup tonight. Identify two known strikeout guys. Go up and down this thing, deep dive. Dig into little league stats if we have to. Find out if guys went out to the club last night. Do whatever we have to do. We need a strikeout. Lucky for us, we already have one that I wrote about here. As for the second one, Busch is the obvious choice. Everyone knows that.

So far this season, our guy, Michael Busch, has fanned 22 times in 64 at bats. There’s an off chance he has vision issues which is why we shouldn’t make fun of him. Wouldn’t be right. He has a very hard time with sliders and four-seam fastballs from right-handers which is perfect for tonight. He’ll see Spencer Strider and that’s basically all he throws. On top of that, Strider leads MLB in strikeouts this season. The second we see this Michael Busch guy in the lineup, we have to run to the books to bet him. Feels smart.
