The reason we don’t see it on FanDuel right now is because the market does not appear until the lineups have been released by the teams. That usually happens a couple hours before first pitch. Here’s the thing about this one, we’re probably going to get a price of +170 or even higher. The haters are going to say these are dumb bets but haters are always wrong. They never get shit right. For starters, this James Outman guy, is a known strikeout guy. He’s habitual at this point. The guy has 390 plate appearances and he’s fanned 147 times. It’s actually hard for me to write that since I’m a James Outman guy. Always have been. But facts are facts, the guy whiffs quite a bit.

Now obviously we can’t just find guys that strike out a lot and bet them. We need more variables. How about opposing pitcher? I think that’s just crazy enough to work. Tonight Outman will see known strikeout guy, Spencer Strider. He strikes people out. It’s what he does. In fact, he leads MLB in strikeouts this season. By a lot. What’s even better is, James Outman has seen him three times and he’s struck out in every at bat. This might be the greatest bet of all time. Feels right.
