The BC Lions are 3-1 on the season and play in the brutally difficult West Division.

BC has scored 159 points on the season in four games, which is more than the undefeated BC Lions have scored in six games (156). The Lions have also given up the least points in the CFL with just 92.

Meanwhile, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats are just 1-4 on the season but sit in a tie for second place in the much weaker East Division.

After an 0-4 start, Hamilton did win last week against the Redblacks, who are winless on the season. Not exactly an impressive win, especially considering the game was at home.

This should be a fairly routine win for BC, and I expect them to cover the -7.5 spread.

Argonauts vs. Roughriders Betting Preview

July 23, 7 p.m. ET

The Argonauts lead the East Division with a 2-2 record on the season, and three of those four games have come down to the wire being decided by one score or less. Two of the three were decided by a single point.

The two teams just played last weekend in Toronto, with the Argonauts coming away with a 30-24 victory. It’ll be a bigger challenge to win on the road, but the Argonauts have proven they can match up well with the Roughriders.

Although the Roughriders have a 4-2 record, there’s value on the Argonauts here. I think they keep it close on the road Saturday, and anything can happen in the fourth quarter of a close game.
